Privacy Choices for Quran Memorize Pro

This page explains privacy-related choices for users of the Quran Memorize Pro mobile app ("Quran Memorize Pro" or the "App") by AccessibilityX LLC ("AccessibilityX", "we", "our", "us").

1. Account and What We Collect

Quran Memorize Pro requires an account (email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Google). We receive your email address and an opaque account user ID. If you create bookmarks while signed in, they sync to your account. We do not request your name, contacts, or location.

2. Do Not Sell or Share

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing to opt out of in this respect because we never do it.

3. No Cross-App Tracking

Quran Memorize Pro does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. It does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) or App Tracking Transparency, and shows no ads.

4. Analytics Consent (region-aware)

We use privacy-protective, first-party usage analytics (opaque identifiers, enums, and counts — no personal identity, no location).

• In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, analytics is off until you opt in on first launch.
• Elsewhere, it is on by default; you can turn it off anytime in Settings → "Share Analytics."

5. Delete Your Account and Data

In Settings, you can delete your account. This removes your authentication record, your account-linked bookmarks, and disassociates your analytics user ID. You can also contact us for access or deletion requests (including under GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA).

6. Other In-App Controls

You can control app behavior in Settings, including Wi-Fi-only downloads, voice announcements, haptics, and playback defaults (reciter, speed, repeat).
