This Privacy Policy explains how AccessibilityX LLC ("AccessibilityX", "we", "our", "us") handles information when you use the Quran Memorize Pro mobile application ("Quran Memorize Pro" or the "App").
This policy applies to Quran Memorize Pro on iOS and related support services we operate for the App.
Quran Memorize Pro currently does not require account creation and does not require you to submit personal information to use core features.
Quran Memorize Pro stores app data locally on your device to provide functionality, such as playback preferences, session state, and downloaded audio files and metadata.
If/when Quran Memorize Pro downloads audio from our servers or a CDN, infrastructure providers may process standard technical logs (for example, IP address, timestamp, requested file, and user-agent) for delivery, reliability, and abuse prevention.
As disclosed in App Privacy in App Store Connect, the App may collect diagnostics data that is not linked to your identity:

We use information to operate app functionality, deliver requested audio files, maintain reliability and security, troubleshoot issues, and improve service quality.
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited technical data with service providers strictly to operate the service (for example, hosting/CDN providers), and where required by law.
App settings and downloaded audio remain on your device until deleted by you or by removing the app. Server-side technical logs are retained only as long as needed for operational and security purposes.
You can remove local app data by uninstalling the app and contact us with privacy requests.
Quran Memorize Pro is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we take reasonable steps to require appropriate safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will include a revised effective date.
