These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and AccessibilityX LLC ("AccessibilityX", "we", "our", "us") governing your use of the Quran Memorize Pro mobile application ("Quran Memorize Pro" or the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using Quran Memorize Pro, you agree to these Terms.
You must comply with applicable laws and App Store rules when using Quran Memorize Pro. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Quran Memorize Pro for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple usage rules.
Quran Memorize Pro provides Quran recitation playback and memorization support tools. Features may evolve over time, including offline bundles and downloadable audio packs.
Quran Memorize Pro requires an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to consent in your jurisdiction. We may suspend or disable accounts that violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which deletes your account-linked data.

Quran Memorize Pro may include and/or provide access to Quran recitation audio from sources believed to be lawfully distributable (including public-domain or otherwise permitted sources).
You are responsible for complying with applicable local law regarding use of downloaded content. If you believe any content infringes rights, contact us at the email below with sufficient details for review.
We may release updates, modify features, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time. Some features may require internet connectivity (for example, downloading additional audio).
Quran Memorize Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccessibilityX LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the App.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting the App.
These Terms are between you and AccessibilityX LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. To the extent these Terms grant rights to Apple as a third-party beneficiary, Apple may enforce those rights.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
