These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and AccessibilityX LLC ("AccessibilityX", "we", "our", "us") governing your use of the Quran Memorize Pro mobile application ("Quran Memorize Pro" or the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using Quran Memorize Pro, you agree to these Terms.
You must comply with applicable laws and App Store rules when using Quran Memorize Pro.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Quran Memorize Pro for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple usage rules.
Quran Memorize Pro provides Quran recitation playback and memorization support tools. Features may evolve over time, including offline bundles and downloadable audio packs.
You agree not to reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law, circumvent protections, disrupt service, or redistribute content where not permitted.
Quran Memorize Pro may include and/or provide access to Quran recitation audio from sources believed to be lawfully distributable. If you believe any content infringes rights, contact us with sufficient details for review.
We may release updates, modify features, or discontinue all or part of the app at any time.
Quran Memorize Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccessibilityX LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the app.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting the app.
These Terms are between you and AccessibilityX LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the state in which AccessibilityX LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
